Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC)

Each quarter the IOPC publish performance data for each force which sets out how they handle and resolve complaints. This information can be found here: Dyfed-Powys Police | Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)

Additionally the IOPC will publish an annual complaints statistics report which allows the IOPC to identify good practice, trends and differences that need to be looked into. This can be found here: Police complaints statistics | Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)

OPCC - Annual report 

In accordance with the Legislative Requirements , the OPCC will publish an annual report to demonstrate how the PCC holds the Chief Constable to account in respect of complaints performance. Additionally the PCC will provide an assessment of their own performance in carrying out other complaint handling functions.

OPCC - Complaint reviews quarterly updates

Every quater the OPCC produces a report detailing the reviews undertaken for this quater.
